• Control the quality of products according to company target and customer required.
• Control and oversee the operations of the employees to conform the quality standard of IATF 16949 and ISO14001.
• To contact and coordinate customers in the case of problem with the quality products according to customer request.
• Conduct analysis problem within customer target and follow up step problem solving with team member.
• Verify the effectiveness of countermeasure with team member, and periodically report to management concerning tracking status.
• Follow up take corrective and improvement while problem occurred and control 4M change as required.
• Prepare the report to summarizing the results of other quality checks for customer according to customer’s request.
• Act as customer’s representative concerning the quality problem.
• Analysis to develop methods to reduce the risks and reduce the cost of the organization.
• Review quality monthly report every month.

Experience in QA engineer 2 years up/ Automotive company.
Languages skill Toeic 450 up or Japanese level 3
