[Job Description]
- Respondent for technical question from the distributors.
- Visit customer site/factory with distributor for confirm the machine condition.
- Site support for trouble shooting and support our clients.
- Coordinating with factory site (overseas) and internal teams to provide the best service.
- Ensure the satisfaction of the customers with the products of the company by means of effective service work.
- Building up confidence and customer satisfaction.

応募資格 |
- Bachelor Degree or higher in mechanical engineer and related fields. (related file if he can speak Japanese)
- Male only age between 27-35 yrs.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in Service Engineer. (Air Compressors would be plus)
- Able to travel and work flexible hours.
- Strong relationship builder within a matrix organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai. (Japanese N3 would be plus) |
