Report to Thai Marketing manager
[Responsibilities]
- Evaluated consumer preferences and behaviors, combined with skin knowledge and historical data, to adjust and enhance campaigns.
- Provided research and development on skincare products to showcase benefits and retain customers.
- Worked along with customer services and research & development to create and enhance marketing campaigns and contents.
- Optimized marketing based on insight consumer behaviors and consumer voices to grow the repeat rate.
- Increased sales growth by optimizing target audience reach and educated customers by developing knowledge content.
[Job Description]
- Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
- Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social)
- Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Display)
- Manage social media marketing campaigns
- Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, and email
- Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Monitoring performance. Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans

[ MUST ]
- Female only, 25 - 30 years old
- At least 2 years of full-time experience, in Digital Marketing
- Experience and knowledge both of online and offline marketing for sailing the product.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive Thinking, Open-minded
- English level 3

- Good command of Japanese
- Interested in working in a Japanese environment/culture.
