- Explain the quality system (in Japanese) and take care of customers who visit/audit
- Work with a team to investigate problems within the production process
- Work with a team, checking for improvement activities in the production process
- Coordinating with other departments in relation to procurement and the delivery of goods for testing
- Providing support in relation to quality problems related to raw materials or durability
- Performing various other duties as assigned
