Injection Engineering （求人番号：55349）

- Adhere to safety and 5s for Molding machine and operation.
- Have a good knowledge for Injection molding MC, plastic materials and its characteristics and quality requirements of customer.
- Should be able to set up the new part on injection molding machine and give inputs to project engineer about running problems of new tool.
- Should be able to set up the machine parameters as per the standard operating conditions.
- Should be Good at analysis and solve the problem in the process of injection molding.
- Should be able to make a distinction between FG and NG parts easily.
- Should be able to guide and demonstrate quality requirements to operators.
- Should know the basic functioning of injection molding machine and do the daily cleaning, lubricating and maintenance of machine and mold.
- Should keep the records of hourly/daily production quantity/rejections and material consumption and show to his supervisor.
- Keep control over material drying process/regrinding material usage and solve the problems or else report to supervisor.
- Work on the molding machine as an operator if no work is assigned.
- Should confirm availability of man/machine/material for his shift and ensure that his shift and next shift do not face problems.
- Participate in improvement projects for cycle time improvements/reducing rejections/reduce cost etc.

【Must】
- Male/Female, age 25 -35 years old.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Two years junior college with experience and Japanese language.
- At least 2 years experience in Injection Plastic for Automotive part.
- Knowledge in IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
- Good command in English and Japanese language is advantage.
- Computer skill.
