- Production planning focuses on smoothing (Heijunka) production, creating a stable supply chain.
- Including control production with delivery as the core and deliver a stable product to customers.
Job Duties:
- Smooth adjustment (Heijunka) production with the capacity of the production company / supplier.
- Set up and maintain BOM.
- Production planning based on inventory.
- Prepare parts base on inventory and production plans along with progress control.
- Stable systematize of supply chain Milk run.
- Step by step of appropriate import-export and plan for decrease Logistic cost.
- Control the production system and maintain it.

【Must】
- Male / Age 38-52 years old
- English Neo 3 (If you able to communicate in Japanese would be an advantage)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- At least 8 years of experience in managerial level of supply chain functional in automotive manufacturing.
- Experience for human Management Skill.
- Knowledge of all MRP system
- Computer skill: Microsoft office (PowerPoint and Excel program it's necessary) |
