- Be responsible of Payroll, improving benefit, working condition, attendance management
- Catching up latest labor law updates
- Deal with Visa and work permit
- Deal with recruitment agency
- Management of office supplies
- Communicate and make report directly to Japanese MD
- Other duties assigned by Japanese MD

応募資格 |
- Female only , age 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in HR or Accounting or any related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in overall HR Functions
- Minimum 3 years’ of working experience in management level with Manufacturing industry
- Able to manage all HR operations
- Independent and hands-on with proven good managerial skill
- Good communication, decision making, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (TOEIC score 500)
- Have JLPT N2 is needed
- Ability to work effectively in a high pressured environment.
- Highly self-motivated, excellent service mind and good leadership skills. |
