<Job summury>
- Manage, plan, and develop a system of HR Department.
- Overall monitor Policy, Rules & Regulations, and Labour Laws.
- Strategy & Plan for HRM & HRD Function (Including Recruitment, People Development, Compensation,
Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Safety) for supporting the Company's goal.
- Manage and initiate an attractive benefit. (Compensation & Reward Management) and other tasks as assigned

<Must>
- Male/Femail, 43 - 55 years old
- Experience in HR manager more than 5-10 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Business communication in Thai, English(L4 up)
- Good Japanese speaking skill(N 3up)

- Microsoft office will be advantage
