Manage and grow existing customers to achieve sales and profit objectives
Maintaining and developing good support with customers in person, telephone calls and emails
Visiting customer regularly to make good relationship
Respond and follow up RFQ from customers (liaise with both customers and PM/FS in HQ)
Price change - to inform CS before price change effective date
Account management (quality issues, PCN, EOL, new projects, agreements, etc.)
Plan the quantities to purchase based on customers’ forecast and request PM in
another branch/TBM/ CS to issue POs in case of advance order.
Gathering market and customers' information by set up meeting with customer regularly.
Sharing information and situation with HQ member
Responsible for aging inventories
Handle AR discrepancies
Input SQ* for every new part and price change
Update exchange rate every month
Address and coordinate all customer's inquiries
Improve overall business flow for each customer
Minimum 2 –3 years work experience in Sales Electronic Component & Telecommunication
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work both independently and as a team
Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese [Certificate is required, generally N3]. Candidates need to liaise with Japanese customers and HQ.
