- Manage all functions and staff related to production Assembly section.
- Ensure efficient and effective operation management to achieve production volume and quality standard
- Ensure the safety and operating regulation are met.
- Develop and maintain quality control standards

【Must】
-Male, age 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Faculty Engineering Major Industrial / Mechanical or related field in Assembly
- Work experience 8-10 Years in (10 Years direct experience in production, 5 Years experience in management level position)
- Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, 5S, Kaizen, Suggestion and QC7 tools.
- Good command in English or Japanese
- Good skill in computer (Microsoft excel , word, PowerPoint etc.)
