仕事内容 |
- Recruitment and interviews, procedures for joining the company (liaison with Japanese management, ordering of business cards, arrangement of loaned PCs, cell phones, etc.), orientation for joining the company
- Procedures for joining social insurance and health insurance, renewal and cancellation of health insurance
- Attendance management for Thai staff (OT, transportation expense management)
- Obtaining and renewing VISA/Work Permit (for Japanese staff belonging to WEST International and WEST ITC), 90 days declaration
- Obtaining and comparing health checkup quotes, internal guidance, and making appointments
- Review and update of job rules, welfare rules, and other regulations, and obtain information on related laws and ordinances
Payroll calculation (information collaboration with accounting department), OT calculation, etc.
- Social insurance premium reporting (information linkage with accounting department)
- Interpretation and translation
- Other tasks assigned

【Must】
- Female, age 35-45
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- N2up Japanese for internal communications
- Conversational English
- At least 3 years of HR experience

- Work experience at a Japanese company(30+ employees)
- Have knowledge of company regulations, HR, and Employee/ Labor relations.
