This is a permanent, full time role working within the Sales Department. Flexibility on working hours and travel will be required and a strong understanding of customer service and high standards of values.

- Present, promote and sell our products and services to existing and potential customers
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers and provide the best service to meet their expectation
- Coordinate with Japan Head Quarters for sales and service inquiries
- Create proposal materials and quotations
- Manage local staff
- Analyzing and targeting for sales expansion
- Cooperation with other department to support customer requests
- Report market, customers and team situation to Managements

- M/F 30-40years
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Have Sales experience in machinery or industry equipment
- Fluency Japanese communication skill (JLPT N2 up)
- Prefer having management experience
- Negotiation skill
- High responsibility and leadership
- Driver license (with own car)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English (Business Level of Read/Write/Speak)
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Smart and professional presentation
- Ability to work alone and under pressure
- Ability to communicate in all situations at all levels of an organization
- Flexible approach to working hours and travel
- Requirement to work away from home when necessary
