Understand client’s requirements as well as the detailed functionality of the solution
Create product demonstrations and present to clients in a professional manner
Travel to client’s site both internationally and domestically (if applicable) to present and
implement the project
In charge for all on-site project activities to ensure that the implementation is complete in time
and budget.
Ensure that all problems are resolved upon project completion; if needed, contact the
project/vendor team abroad for further assistance
Quality of Technical Support Services
Coordinate with consultant to specifically understand the client’s needs and specific solutions
Understand the full cycle of business process through information sharing with consultant
Investigate on the root cause of the problems to determine from where it is initiated from and
the responsible party (client or vendor etc)
Acknowledge and promptly notify the project team about the problems raised by client
according to the clients service quality metrics (e.g.: inline with the defined response time)
Assist client to understand the problem and provide several options to reach a final solution
Keep logs and records of problems and ensure defined SOP’s and forms (e.g.: client’s
request form) are always followed
Quality of Staff Management
Ensure the whole team is working effectively and to the best of its ability. Work closely with
the team to understand motivation drivers, morale and job satisfaction levels. Monitor and flag
over/under capacity, recruitment needs, non-human resource requirements, team imbalance
issues and morale/job satisfaction issues when action can still prevent and diminish the
impact
Contribute in the recruitment process of candidates with the right knowledge, skill, talent and
personality profile for the company
Ensure that all Project Management, Resource Planning and Time Reporting tasks are
performed and up to date.

応募資格 |
【Must】
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology
- At least 5 years of direct experience as a PM / consultant / technical role
- Have a good understanding of project management methodology with PMP Certificate
- Have good knowledge in relevant consulting area and/or business process focused software (e.g: eQMS, MES, ERP)
- Able to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines
- Excellent communications skills in Japanese, Thai and English both oral and written, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Able to manage multiple on-going projects simultaneously
- Strong customer focus with a desire to deliver a high quality service
- Desire to continuously learn and improve skills and knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid relationships with clients
- Good team player but able to work independently
- Detail-oriented with a high personal work standard to achieve excellence
- Be able to follow through commitments and understand the importance of deadlines
- Able to manage large sized (~10M THB) projects and teams |
