[Job summary]
- Confirmation and approval of all contents in QA/QC duties
- Response to factory audits of automobile seat manufacturers
- Preparation of audit documents
- Build of management system in the factory
- Investigation, analysis, report for customer complaint
- Grasp characteristic and specifications from drawing about product in the company
- Communication with each department in the company, customer and supplier about problems of quality
(According to PDCA cycle, Quality assurance system chart, QC7 tools and APQP plan)
- The investigation, analysis, report for customer complement from domestic and overseas
- Participation in improvement activity in the company (5S activity, etc)
- Training of Supervisor, Engineer, Staff
- Take care of supplier audit and Correspondence of customer audit
- Achieve target of monthly and annual KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
- Explain of own products to customer
- Other assignments

[Must]
- Male / Age 35-50
- Business level English and Japanese (N3 up)
- Experience of QA/QC Manager or Assistant manager in Automotive field at least 5 years
- Knowledge IATF16949
- Experience of response to audits in automobile manufacturers
