- Office duty 70% and outside duty 30%
- Handle and prepare medical procedures to support Japanese patients
- Generate and prepare documents to submit to the Head Office
- Assist Japanese patients in an emergency case
- Visit Japanese patients in the hospital to provide support
- Interpret spoken languages (Japanese and Thai) for Japanese patients
