Manage and grow existing customers to achieve sales and profit objectives
Maintaining and developing good support with customers in person by visiting
Respond and follow up Request From Quotation (RFQ) from customers (liaise with both customers and Marketing/Sales in HQ)
Price change - to inform Customer Service before price change effective date
Account management (quality issue, changes, End of Line, new project, agreement and etc.)
Plan the quantities to purchase based on customers’ forecast and request Product
Marketing in another branch or Customer Service to issue Purchase Order in case
of advance order.
Gather market and customers' information by setting up meeting with customer
regularly and share information and situation with HQ members.
Responsible for aging inventories
Ensure accurate and updated record in system (new part, price change, monthly exchange rate and etc.)
Address and coordinate all customer's inquiries and AR discrepancies.
Improve overall business flow for each customer
Minimum 2 –3years work experience in Sales roles.
Ability to speak and write in Thai, English (Level 2-3) and Japanese (N1-2).
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work both independently and as a team
Must have Driving License
- BONUS >> One month AWS in Dec for confirmed and active employment employees. Prorated if length of service less than a year. Variable bonus is subject to company budget and profitability and individual performance.
- Local charges and overseas charges are claimable up to THB 2,000 respectively per month.
*For this Sales Executive position, yes mobile phone bill is claimable based on actual bill capped at THB2,000 for local call charges and THB2,000 for overseas call charges.
