Lead a Customer Service Representatives team based in Bangkok, ensuring day- to-day operations are carried out efficiently in a timely and efficient manner.
Assign administrative & functional responsibilities of the respective Customer Service Representatives’ product line.
Oversee daily operations of goods delivery & shipment process.
Responsible for overseeing inventory management process, manage and maintain an optimal level of inventory.
Take initiative and responsibility to resolve issues as a leader.
Work closely with Accounting and IT Support team to ensure smooth month-end closing.
Set up Customer Service Standard Operating Procedures
Create a continuous improvement environment amongst team members, driving and implementing changes to bring about overall order efficiency and productivity gains.
Interact with colleagues from Headquarter in Japan, local Sales & Marketing, Accounts & Finance teams, to drive Continuous Improvement for the team.

- Local charges and overseas charges are claimable up to THB 2,000 respectively per month.
*For this Sales Executive position, yes mobile phone bill is claimable based on actual bill capped at THB2,000 for local call charges and THB2,000 for overseas call charges.
