1. Developing Technical department processes including APQP,PPAP Engineering change and data management, good mold maker knowledge and understand process.
2. Supervise Technical and Materials Engineers and ensure work is carry out to internal department and customer requirements.
3. Supervise the new project teams and technical supervisor as required.
4. Developing technical performance targets, and ensure these targets are achieved.
5. Take a lead role in cost reduction and continuous improvement activities.
6. Take a lead role in resource planning for technical department activities.
7. Take a lead role in monitoring new project status and ensure new projects meet company and customer objectives.
8.Take a lead role in developing new project cost targets and engineering budgets and ensure new projects are completed to cost, budget and timing objectives.
9. Support Commercial Department in development of quotations including design benchmark, feasibility studies, preparation development schedules and production cost analysis.

| 応募資格 |
Male , age 37-45 years old.
Bachelors’ degree in Engineer.
7-10 year experience working in the automotive industry in Plastic Injection Molding and Painting field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in management level in Project or Program management.
Have experience in plastic injection manufacturing.
Knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes i.e. injection mounding, painting ,assembly.
ISO/IATF16949, ISO14001, QC 7 Tools, KPI, TPS and others
Good at English. |
