We are looking for a Sales Manager.
The current sales manager is concurrently working in another division, and we are looking for someone who can take charge of the sales department to join us.

You will be responsible for the following
- As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for performance management, client base expansion and team management.
- Achieve the annual budget
- In addition to route sales and follow-up with existing customers, you will also focus on new business development in order to expand your customer base.
- We can also share proposals that have been used at other locations so that we can offer them as a package.
- In the future, we plan to increase the number of employees to about three.

【Must】
- Male/Female,Age is 30 - 48years ole
- Bachelor of degree
- English: LV3
- Japanese:N3 up(reading/writing/speaking)
- Experince in sales in the manufacturing field or the trading field（prefer to new business development）
