- Provide administrative support for the Support to Japanese Factory Manager and Japanese Manager.
- Assist Japanese Factory Manager and Japanese Manager in coordinating with other departments including customers.
- Coordinate with internal and external contacts
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
- Responsible for secretarial tasks and other assignments (as needed)

*Must*
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Fluent in Japanese JLPT N1
- Have experience of Interpreter and Translator at least 2 years

*Advantage*
- Have experience in Factory Interpreter will special consider
- Good Command of Computer Literacy such as Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
