- Provide technical support for AWS to Japanese clients in texts or emails (Japanese client:2000-, Thai:6)(No use for speaking in Japanese)
- Communicating client's IT support departments members and solving problems and giving advises
- Research and analysis AWS system
- Internal communication in Japanese (chat base)
- Other tasks as assigned by Management

【Must】
- Japanese N3up (communicating with Japanese client with texts, No need for speaking Japanese )
- English L4up to learn about AWS and take the AWS exam in English
- Computer science, computer engineer engineering degree or experience as network engineer, Server engineer, Cloud engineer
- Able to work on Tue-Sat
- Ability to use Ms Office(word, excel, PowerPoint), other document tools
