[Job summary]
- Gathering sales figure from all product departments and marketing report weekly.
- Support to make internal report and proposal document for customers. (Frequency of occurrence is irregular.)
- Management of our Showroom. (confirmation of customers available time, booking the facility)
- Making an appointment to customers for boss.
- Management travel itinerary and hotel reservation for business travelers.
- Making minutes for sometimes in important meeting.
- Support to gather information such as market, potential customers, suitable partners.

[Must]
- Female, Age 28-50
- Bachelor degree is needed
- Japanese is fluent (over JLPT N2)
- English is business level
- Powerpoint and Excel (including function) operation
- At least 5 years job experience in Japanese or foreign company
- At least 5 years job experience of Marketing or Sales Planning
- Having experience of Housing agency
