1. Management and improvement of overall quality control and quality assurance operations, and labor management of section staff
- Management of incoming inspection of parts and management of outgoing inspection of products
- Internal process audits and document audits
- Analysis of in-process defective products, consideration of countermeasures, and follow-up
- Analysis of in-process defective products, consideration of countermeasures, and follow-up ・Analysis of market defects, countermeasures, and preparation of reports
2. Compliance with ISO/IATF(TS)16949 requirements, implementation of internal and external audits, training of auditors
3. Conduct management reviews.
4. Communicate with the head office in Japan via telephone and web conference

[Must]
- Male/Female, age 38-45
- Bachelor of degree
- Business level of English (Neo3)
- N3 level of Japanse
- At least 3 years management experience in QA/QC in automotive industry
- Driver's license and own car or motorbike
