- Receive request from customer
- Check and confirm can support or not
- Issue Quotation to customer
- Receive PO, forecast from customer
- Check update drawing and send to Rexxam Japan (RJK)
- Confirm PO balance and confirm delivery to customer
- Issue material to production.
- Issue Documents to customer example. Notification, Examination, DCR.
- Meeting with customer
- Other as assigned

【Must】
- Bachelor's degree in any field
‐ Good command of English (TOEIC 500 up)
- Able to work on Sat twice per month
- Convenient transportation, staying nearby the company
【Advantage】
- 1-2 years sales coordinator experience is an advantage
- Able to use computer programs MS. Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
‐ Able to use Out look e-mail to reply to customers
- Able to work overtime and able to work on holidays |
