【Job Description】
- Manage team & take care existing customer in order to achieve sales target
* Teams are divided based on the sales area *2 people in one team and 10 teams in total
- Visit customer, customer relation building, and troubleshooting for specific cases in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up order to achieve month and monitor sell in and sell out.
- Control and monitor sales activities.
- Prepare business plan or activities of department or business unit in complying with its objectives.
- Monitor and following up the performance of department or section in complying with business plan.
- Developing trust relationships with major clients to ensure not turn to competitor.
- Expanding the relationship with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objective.
- Develop long-term customer relationships, and work with customers on supply chain solutions.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaint to maintain trust.
- Ensure the company achieves and maintains contracts, improves revenue and profit whilst balancing customer requirements and ensuring.

- Bachelor Degree in any fields
- B2B Sales Experience at least Bachelor's5 years *product doesn't matter
- Management experience
- N2up Japanese
- Business English *Email, Talk to clients and Japanese staff
- Computer skills (MS Office and Email).
