- Coordinate with clients and send documents via emails in Japanese
- Interpret languages (Japanese and Thai) to facilitate communication
- Translate documents (Thai to Japanese/ Japanese to Thai)
- Corresponding with the customer by phone or e-mail
- Act as a mediator for Thai customers and Japanese staff
- Other related tasks as assigned by manager and management executives
