Sales Coordinator (Trading Elec and Chem)（求人番号：62415）

- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Coordinating both Local/Oversea suppliers and customers
- Communication and handling of relevant documents to the External Logistic team.
- Responding to complaints from customer and gives after-sales support when requested.
- Handling orders by phone, email, and other channels, checking order and stock, and correct price when needed.
- Handling urgent requests by phone, email, and messages to immediately respond to customer queries, informing them of delays, and arranging delivery schedules.
- Arrange Sale order/ Purchase order and shipping document.
- Support data and documents to other teams.
- Support for developing new business with the Sales Manager

- Over 3 Years experiences in Trading company (Export / Import)
- Having experience to handle Electric parts or Chemical products
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Good at communication in Speaking / Reading/ Writing in English
- Service mind ,Good personality and Teamwork
- Able to use Microsoft Office / Excel /Word
- Understand well in Import/Export document and relevant document in business field.
