- Planning budget and target for long & short periods.
- Product planning based on customers' needs and government regulations
- Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market and set target segments
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Get competitors' information to analyze sales activities such as sales promotion, advertising, etc.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for products and services.
- Quotation, Specification related documents creation
- Make best proposals for layout and capacity and model combination
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales contracts / agreements
- Make purchase and production order to vendors
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments, control overall schedule for PJs.
- Make all inadequate items clear and receive acceptance confirmation
- Manage and supervise subordinates to follow company rules and regulation and supervise all business of Sales and Marketing
