Sr. Accounting (Cost and Inventory)（求人番号：64038）

• Control BOM of standard cost.
• Control costing and inventory reports.
• Maintain standard cost of materials and products.
• Prepare overhead rate and direct labor rate.
• Variance analysis of products.
• Provide the procedure of costing and inventory process.
• Validate the cost of goods sold as part of the month-end closing.
• Review and corrected all allocate variance costs to COGS.
• Supports budget and forecasting activities.
• Review voucher of Inventory and ensure the import cost of material and product import are correct computation.
• Manage the inventory physical are following the procedure.
• Cooperate with teams and other department concern to ensure the costing and inventory process following the company policy
• Support BOM formula for BOI section.
• Support external auditor.

• Male / Female age 32 - 38 and above years old. (Thai nationality only)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Must have excellent computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel and a prior experience with large scale ERP systems
• Good attitude
• At least 7 years of work experiences in accounting and 3 years in costing in manufacturing.
• At least 3 years of working experience in managing a team
• Good analytical skill, good knowledge in costing, cost control ERP Sage 300 and SAP
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Able to deal with the pressures of deadlines to Japan.
• Be able to step into the role as Finance Manager if needed.
• Experience with Sage 300 (ACPACC system) and SAP system ERP.
• Must have a strong manufacturing background, especially in Bill of Materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (esp. Excel and PowerPoint)
• High analytical skills (e.g. for business case and cost break-down analysis)
• Knowledge in cost accounting and/or IT solutions pricing is an advantage
