- In charge of management consolidation of SEA financials
- Monitor and provide sound & timely analytics to SEA management team for business decisions and drive business performance
- To handle all reporting requirements of Regional and Corporate HQs
- Work with both Corporate, Regional FICO team as well as respective functional / business teams to meet reporting requirements
- Act as a trusted point of contact for functional/business teams, to provide timely support and analysis that value add in decision making and/or problem solving to meet business objectives
- Work with SEA management team as well as regional/ cross functional teams for SEA strategy development and execution
- Work closely with SEA management team to support sales growth. This includes (but not limited to) monitoring key sales drivers, price increase initiatives, sales efficiency
and project pipelines.
- Monitor and provide analysis of SEA productivity indicators like inventory turns, DSO etc
- Consolidate, review and analysis on SEA level of financials & KPIs – BU and Country view
- Perform ad-hoc business and/or sensitivity analysis as and when required
- Key coordinator for SEA annual budgeting and regular forecasting process
- Work closely with SEA team to map out key plans, understand upcoming market outlook and underlying business assumptions for financial projections
- Develop and ensure that the various forecast processes in SEA are being performed in a systematic and efficient manner
- Perform analysis, review and understand the variances
- Work with both Corporate, Regional and Affiliates’ FICO as well as respective functional/business teams as part of the support to the budget and forecast process
- Provide Controlling support for Projects / initiatives, either as a supporting member and/or team leader as and when required.

| 応募資格 |
- A recognized Degree in Accountancy / Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Accountant, or equivalent professional qualification with at least 8-10 years relevant experience and proven track record in progressive MNC.
- SEA experience is preferred
- ERP knowledge and experiences required; SAP exposure preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly MS Excel and Power point
- Strong analytical ability
- Possess problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to exercise commercial and business acumen
- Possess good level of critical thinking and exhibit the ability to cut through complexity to identify key issue(s) to tackle
- Hands on, willing to deal with details and is meticulous
- Resourceful and work independently; ability to work in matrix structure
- Ability to work with tight timelines and challenges
- Communication, interpersonal skills and be a strong business partner for internal stakeholders

- Positive attitude with drive
- Willingness to travel (typically < 40% annually) |
