-Processing Forecast and orders process and control all delivery transactions.
-Collecting and analyzing customer purchasing demands.
-Advice delivery information and monitoring delivery schedule as per the plan.
-Clarify Product specification and Service details to Customer, Maker and Shipping company
-Handling Quality control, NG and complaint issues.
-Maintains client and company confidence by keeping information confidential and secure.
-Responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions and
alternatives within the time limits, and providing follow-up to ensure the customer is
satisfied.
-Make collecting feedback a company process and measure customer satisfaction regularly.
-To handle special project with Government sectors such as registration of Company's
information change in Government section system, support Thai customs new
regulation, DFT backward investigation issue.

【Must】
-Female, age 22 - 35 years old
-New grad also welcome
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
-At least proven 5 years experience in Export Sales or related field.
-Fluent in spoken and written English. TOEIC score more than 650
-Preferable conversational Japanese skills N3/N4.
