- Work with team to successfully create clients over South East Asia to expand company services and introduce for organizational transformation.
- Be expert of company Systemic Coaching concept while playing an active role to create collaboration and alignment within/across organization for development projects.
- Using training and maximize resources to continuously develop own self as qualified executive/learning coach. In the meantime, uphold high standard of a coaching in 1on1 and group setup to enhance sustainable organizational transformation.
- Collaborate with internal and external party within and across countries to increase high service quality and business expansion.

- Bachelor's degree
