3. Sales Interface to Project management
To prepare / support Internal and external project kick off meeting
To monitor & support project progress management in general
4. Customer Satisfaction Management
Clarification lead for problem and issues reported from customers
Overall coordination for internal communication / team effort to ensure solution which meet customer’s expectation
Take lead in mediation / conflict management with customer
5. Ensure formulation of strategic and financial business plans covering sales, costs, capital expenditure and usage of resources for the Sales.
6. To assist Sales Director in developing and implement long term OEM Business Strategic Plan.
7. Develop and maintain Business Relationship with Key Customers in Thailand.
8. Responsible to achieve sales budget including Incoming orders, Gross Margin, Product launches.
9. Participate in regular Sales and Division meetings for updating of market information, review of goals & achievement, strategies etc.
10. Support colleagues and employees from your area of responsibility, provide training and induction and proper planning and supervision of target achievement.
