- Contact and communicate with clients , formulate activities and propose for achieving client's objectives
- Create Project Management Plan for controlling the work and operating procedures
- Cost control Management for each project with a profit not less than 50%, make proposals to clients, including quotations, invoices. and receipt
- Supervise team members, monitor the operations to be smooth, consult appropriate work methods. In order to increase work efficiency
- Work with PMO Admin for workforce management and various resources that are required for the project work. Controlling the risks that may occur in the project, including planning and proposing methods for improvement and development of the project
- Summary report on the performance of the projects as well as analyze the problems and propose improvement plans to PMO admin and CPO

【Must】
- Male or Female, Age 30 years old up
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
- Japanese Skill (JLPT N1)
- Experience as Project Management, Coordinator at least 3-5 years
- Have team management at least 3 subordinates for 2 years
- Working experience in Japanese company at least 1 year

- Used to live in Japan for 1 year
- English (Business Level)
- Can use Microsoft project
