•Communicate with key users to analyze & solve issues, problem at Finance or SCM area
•Report and coordinate with Japanese team in Japan to provide solutions and explain resolutions in Japanese
•Closely monitor & manage progress of requests to support
•Handle presales activity like estimation & Proposal of Dynamics support project
•Manage support project, team member

• Male or Female, 35 - 45 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science Information Technology / Business Administration / Accounting / Finance or related fields
• English and Japanese in Business level
• Experience, minimum 7 year, in implementation/support Dynamics 365 FO/AX
• Experience or knowledge in related field (Accounting / Supply chain / Production)
• Knowledge of Accounting or SCM or ERP software (Dynamics 365/AX is advantage) |
