New Group≫≫≫Intermediary between Japanese manager and 3 Thai employee
[Job description]
- Contact with Japan to provide repair support/estimate support for inquiries from Thailand and ASEAN.
- Parts Inquiry Desk
- Preparation of internal documents
- Prepare quotations
- Prepare purchase orders
- Contact for equipment defect inquiries (collect defect information from customers and distributors, and provide repair support internally and with the head office)
- Contact the head office in Japan by Japanese to confirm parts and adjust delivery dates of ordered parts.
- Follow up for Thai staff work process
- Prepare monthly report to Japanese manager
- Order management
- Parts sales management
