Responsibilities:
・Identify and pursue potential acquisition and partnership opportunities
・Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business initiatives
・Manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
・Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and other strategic partners
・Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments
・Provide regular reports and updates to Japanese executive

| 応募資格 |

・Bachelor's degree in any fields
・Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or related fields
* Preferably in the animal healthcare industry or related industry
・Good command in Japanese (N2 or higher)
・Good command in English (Able to communicate is acceptable)
・Computer skills such as Excel is a must
・Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
・Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
・Knowledge of finance and accounting principles and practices
