- Arrange operators to work in each production line according to production target
- Training to operators, prepare training records and skill matrix
- Issue work instructions and QC points control actual process to be as them
- Control working process and sequence, line balance under high efficiency and high productivities
- Control Quality of output product from production line
- Set up new production line, modify or improve current production line properties
- Complete daily check form and control chart including issue monthly record of production line

| 応募資格 |
- Female, age 23 - 30 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Industrial Engineering
- Good command in English (Read, Write, Communication).
- Able to use Computer Basic (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in Electronic equipment is preferable.
- Able to manage production line
- Able to work at night shift |
