仕事内容 |
- Prepare and provide quotations to existing customers or as directed by the Customer Support (CS) engineer.
Handle price negotiations, coordinate with external vendors and internal teams (Germany-Japan-Thailand), and manage order arrangements, shipping instructions, and invoicing/payment follow-up.
- Primarily function as a backoffice parts sales representative, with occasional customer calls and visits.
- Assist the CS engineer and assist in arranging business trips and schedules in coordination with customers.
- Provide support to the Japanese team member in the office.
- Take on various office duties to support the start-up of the new company, as assigned by the General Manager (GM).

- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- More than 5 years experience of office work in sales co, customer support, purchase or any related fields
- Japanese N2up
- English Business level English
