- Overall employee management.
- Study current Job Description and update for all positions interacting with HR, functional heads and employees.
- Understand current rules and regulation, policies and processes, find out gaps and support company to make policy manual
- Oversee basic HR/Admin processes.
- Recruitment of Manpower and staff.
- Other tasks as assigned.

【Must】
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resource
- BOI visa and WP experienced
- Good command of English and Japanese (N3 level up)
- Good command in English (speaking and writing )

【Advantage】
- Working experience from Automotive/Wire manufacturing would be advantage
- JLPT N2 level would be advantage
- Well rounded with HR Systems, Processes, Practices, and Safety
- Experience with drafting/implementing/evaluating of HR process/policy
- Managerial level, management experience
