Therefore, we are looking for a position to negotiate with developers and property owners in Thailand for the expansion of new shops.

[Job summary]
- negotiate of shop rents and conditions with developers and property owner for new and existing shops.
- Hearing of in-house opinion from Japanese staff, and reflect when negotiating with developer or owners.
- Request in-house designers for the design of new shops.
- Co-ordinate the new shop (scheduling, design changes, etc.) in conjunction with the construction company.
- Other internal operations.

【Must】
- Male/Female Thai nationality, age between 27-39.
- Speaking Japanese.(more than N3 level)
- At least 3 years experience of negotiation for B2B
(Exp: Project management / Sales in Real estate developer, Store development etc)

【Advantage】
- Experience living or studying abroad in Japan, or working company of Japanese headquartered.
(To have them work with Japanese staff in our company.）
