We would like you to manage the process and improve quality from a technical point of view.

Due to the retirement of a sub manager, we are looking to hire one.
You will be responsible for measuring quality stability and working with approximately 100 onsite staff to improve quality.
Since many of our customers are world famous companies, they demand a very high standard.
We are looking forward to hearing from anyone who is willing to work with us to improve quality, re-set standards, and raise employee awareness to make the company even better than it is today.

- Control and supervise inspection, cleaning and manufacturing processes
- Providing guidance to employees
- Troubleshooting of manufacturing processes
- Improvement activities

【Department】
Surface Treatment Division (PVD Dry Coating)

【Future Policy】
In the future, we would like to operate the company with local members. (This has been done in other countries.)
We would like highly motivated people to join our management team and run the company as a member of the management team.

【Must】
- Graduate from a science university (chemical is better)
- Have experience working in a manufacturing company

- Have experience in production engineering.
- Japanese language skills: Able to communicate with Japanese people to without an interpreter.

Can use Company Van or own car (Provide gasoline allowance)
