Responsibilities:

- Control and standardize of production.
- Control production line run smoothly.
- Responsible for Kaizen, productivity, maintenance system, budget control, cost down project.
- Coordinate monthly production workflow for every product.
- Solve the problem that happen in production line.
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
- Other tasks as assigned

Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree or master’s in engineering or any related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in production and 5 years of management level.
- Must have knowledge and skills about automotive parts manufacturing, plastics injection, blow molding is preferable.
- Proven project management experience in the previous roles.
