GA:
(1) Recruitment-related (new employee procedures, fingerprint registration, delivery of loaned items, explanation of PC use, etc.)
(2) Equipment (ordering stationery, ordering coffee, arranging souvenirs)
(3) Office contract (contract renewal, security card, parking lot)
(4) Vehicle-related (vehicle allocation, vehicle inspection/maintenance management, car rental arrangements, daily operation reports, driver dispatch agency contact, etc.)
(5) Others (hotel arrangements for business travelers)
HR:
(1) Recruitment (recruiting, setting up interviews, initiation procedures, orientation)
(2) Labor relations (work management, work schedule management)
(3) Japanese visa, work permit, 90-day tax return
(4) Updating of job rules and welfare regulations, establishment of evaluation system
(exchange of opinions with MD and Japanese managements)

【Must】
- Female, age 25-35
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- N2up Japanese for internal communications
- More than 1 year of GA/HR experience
