R&D Support (JLPT N3 up)（求人番号：68933）

- Development support of PB food products to be sold in stores in Japan and ASEAN countries.
- Identify and recommend key strategies to achieve brand and customer goals
- Liaise with the brands and the factories to develop children items for clients within agreed product guidelines, budgets and time frames
- Coordinate both current product optimization as well as new product development
- Develop and manage project plans and timelines and provide regular updates
- Lead & Monitor product development work (internally with the creative team and externally with factories), testing, sampling and costing
- Process sample requests and prepare product information
- Analyse market research to identify and execute acquisition opportunities for new brands
- Develop product range and assortment to win in the market

【Must】
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Experience as coordinator at food manufacturing (experienced contact to HQ)
- Good command of Japanese (JLPT N3 up)
- Good command of English
