- Conduct initial meetings and surveys to grasp clients' challenges and issues
- Offer solutions to address clients' challenges and issues
- Advocate for HR system construction, including grading, evaluation, and compensation
- Support team members in implementing proposed solutions
- Provide operational support for HR system projects
- Recommend training programs and HR development solutions

- Male/Female, 25- 35
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Japanese N1 Level
- Business level English (TOEIC 800)
- At least 5 years of experience in HRBP, consulting, marketing agents or any related field, such as :
・ HR Consultancy or consultancy in other fields
・ HR Operations (eg. HR manager, HRBP)
・ Organizational Development
・ HRD, Training, Facilitation, Development of training content
- Able to go business trip in foreign countries |
