仕事内容 |
- Organise and input data for invoices, corporate credit cards related to expenses such as office retal, outsourcing fee and staff expenses.
- Manage remittances for purchases and expenses, and prepare payment data
- Prepare documents for monthly financial reporting.
- Assist with bank reconciliation, corporate tax and VAT filing.
- Check monthly bank statements and cash flow
- Assisting and management of audit work
- Communicating with accounting consultant, bank and any other party that is involved in the relevant work that needs to be done
- Provide administrative support to the team members such as arrangements for business trip, simple market research.
- Handle proper filing of all documents in both hardcopy and softcopy.
- Any other ad-hoc duties may be assigned by a superior.
