- Responsible for directing, managing and overseeing the work of a team
- Support Sale team on the technical part in early stages
- Provide consultation and implement the system to the customer
- Support the existing and new customer to ensure the satisfactory with customer
- Coordinating with others to ensure that all projects run smoothly
- Providing technical support to end users, including troubleshooting computer problems and answering questions about product use
- Creating technical documentation such as manuals and procedure books
- Coordinate with Japanese Engineer staff to maintain smooth operation for customer
