・ Communicate and make progress with the parties involved in the KPIs, plans, projects, etc. that are in charge of, in order to proceed smoothly with work.
・ Improvement of internal systems (including ASEAN countries)
・ Analysis and improvement proposals based on data (including ASEAN countries)
・ Research on various issues in each ASEAN country necessary for new service development (e.g. income level, market research, etc.)
・ Communication with external organizations necessary for new service development (e.g., information exchange, workshops, etc.)
・ Support for the operations of the ASEAN Innovation Center (operational support for the team member)
・ Interpretation (translation) between Japanese and Thai, and establishment of accurate communication between seconded and local employees
・ Paperwork for ASEAN Innovation Center team members
