- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner
- Managed Quotation / Run document for Sale Team
- Research and compile customer data and competitor information
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services
- Translator Task (ex; Morning meeting Translate)
- Coordinate between Thai and Japanese
- Other tasks as assigned by GM
